Technical Writer
Grant Engineering UK Ltd are looking to fill a Technical Writer position, working from our facility in Swindon.
This role is responsible for producing, maintaining, and delivering high-quality technical manuals and user guides for the UK markets and technical bulletins for Grant UK staff. Ensuring all technical literature is accurate, up to date, and aligned with corporate standards.
Tasks
- Create and produce high quality technical literature to current corporate style and branding guidelines, including installation, servicing and commissioning manuals; user instructions; additional instructional or technical support documents
- Ensure all content is accurate, clear and fit for both print and online publication
- Prepare finished artwork for different platforms
- Produce Technical Bulletins to communicate product modifications and updates to all stakeholders

Requirements
We are looking for an individual that can demonstrate the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly instructions
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Knowledge of authoring tools and software for creating technical documents
