Technical/Junior Litigation Support Analyst
Technical Hosting Support Specialist (Evening Shift)
Opening Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (evening shift)

As a Technical Hosting Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in providing end-to-end technical support for e-discovery and hosting solutions, working closely with project management teams and high-profile clients including law firms and Fortune 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate globally: Communicate with project management teams and clients to execute tasks efficiently through the entire case lifecycle.
- Tech troubleshooting: Address and resolve internal and external technical issues as they arise.
- Client support: Assist clients with web hosting software, administer applications, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Project management: Oversee multiple projects to meet critical deadlines.
- Shift handover: Ensure smooth transitions between day and evening shifts.
- Problem-solving: Develop and apply analytical skills to research solutions and prioritise actions.
- Compliance & quality: Ensure tasks align with client and industry standards, meeting job specifications and deadlines.
- Special projects: Support additional tech-based projects or duties as required.
- Document management: Work with Relativity and LAW systems to execute document productions, including:
- Bates stamping
- Creating load files
- OCR processing
- Custom automation: Develop custom event handlers and Relativity Scripts to optimise workflow efficiency.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; strong technical background preferred.
- Software proficiency: Must have MS Office applications expertise.
- Communication: Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Organisational skills: Thrives in fast-paced environments with clear deadlines.
- Customer service orientation: Exceptional written and verbal communication for client interactions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and on-call when required (phone/email support mandatory).
- Resilience: Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight timelines.
- Innovation mindset: Open to custom solutions tailored to client needs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience: Preferred—litigation/e-discovery vendor-side background.
- Technical knowledge:
- SQL & Visual Basic familiarity.
- LAW PreDiscovery or IPRO experience as a major plus.
- Concordance and Summation experience considered advantageous.
- Experience administering Relativity workflows.
