Job Description
About the Role
The role involves high value medical device logistics, technical installations, and client coordination.
Key Activities:
- Deliver & position high-value medical devices including CTs, MRIs, and X-Ray systems
- Run system cables and make final connections
- Install & align system covers
- Liaise with project coordinators on job preparation
- Work closely with client project teams to ensure smooth project completion
- Coordinate with third parties, e.g. for crane lifting operations
- General driving/delivery duties across the UK & Europe as required
- Loading/unloading vehicles
- Delivery offloading, positioning, and lifting of customer equipment
- Manual handling, including carrying and lifting heavy loads
- Use of specialist handling equipment for safe delivery
- Completing delivery paperwork, timesheets, and administrative tasks
- Assisting with Tech Centre duties when needed
- Preparation of demo equipment (e.g. C-Arms, incubators)
- Performing non-medical break-fix, service, and maintenance jobs
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

What You Need to Bring:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Willingness to learn and aptitude for new challenges
- Mechanical or electrical installation experience
- Clean driving licence with proven experience
- High flexibility regarding working hours and regular travel away from home
- Prepared to work up to 2 weekends per month (paid overtime)
- Willingness to complete timesheets and paperwork
- Competency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong customer liaison & communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a flexible, proactive team
- Basic educational attainment
