Role Description
We are seeking a Technician for a full-time, on-site role at our Spalding location. The Technician will be responsible for carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on Scania vehicles and equipment. Daily tasks will include:

- Servicing vehicles
- Identifying vehicle faults using diagnostic tools
- Conducting safety inspections
- Ensuring all work meets company and legal standards

You will also maintain clear communication with the service team and ensure timely completion of tasks to support customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of diagnostics, vehicle repairs, and routine maintenance procedures
- Ability to use diagnostic tools effectively and interpret data to identify faults
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to health, safety, and compliance with legal requirements
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in automotive or heavy vehicle maintenance are a plus
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly with commercial vehicles, is advantageous
