Role Details
- Job Title: Vehicle Technician
- Location: Teesside Audi
- Contract: Permanent, Full Time
- Hours: 40 hours (Mon-Fri: 8:30am – 5:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm)
Realistic Annual Earnings: £38,155–£52,656 (including retention bonuses, productivity payments, and HVE qualification benefits) + Colleague car scheme available
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists at Teesside Audi for motivated, skilled Vehicle Technicians to join our high-performing workshop team.
As part of our world-class service, you’ll perform servicing, repairs, and diagnostics of Audi vehicles, ensuring complete customer satisfaction at every stage.

Salary & Progression Structure
Our transparent, merit-based salary model provides strong earning potential:
- PDI Technician: £38,155* (based on £28,000 basic) + retention, weekend, and HVE payments
- Vehicle Technician: £41,230* (based on £31,000 basic) + retention, weekend, and HVE payments
- Vehicle Technician (Brand Qualified): £43,945* (based on £34,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
- Senior / Diagnostic Technician: £47,385* (based on £38,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
- Master Technician: £52,656* (based on £43,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)

Core Requirements
- Automotive qualification: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
- Full UK driving licence (must be held to drive vehicles under company policy)
- Proven experience as a vehicle technician
