Join the crew! We are looking for a talented technician to join our team at TONI&GUY Chelmsford! Work with top stylists, learn from the best, and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about hair! SCHEDULE: Full or Part time up to 40 hours a week, the salon is open 6 days a week (Mon – Sat) WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive commission structure. 20 days holiday (not including bank holidays). YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform a variety of hair services such as colours, styling, and treatments. Guide personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke TONI&GUY experience. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by actively listening to their needs and preferences. Mentor and inspire junior stylists to provide guidance on techniques and trends. Support salon operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring functionality. Uphold the name of TONI&GUY being an internationally recognised hairdressing industry with over 60 years of experience through actively promoting and maintaining its reputation. YOUR REQUIREMENTS: Bring artistic vision to life through understanding clients’ preferences. Have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. A proactive attitude towards self-development and learning new skills. Proven experience as a colour technician in a busy salon environment.
