Position Summary
As a Test Technician II, you’ll:
- Conduct electronic equipment testing, including fault-finding at component level
- Ensure compliance with production schedules and performance standards
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing and engineering teams

Responsibilities
- Perform production assembly of electronic components and subassemblies
- Apply test procedures, schematics and instructions to troubleshoot and verify units
- Work on semi-routine tasks requiring nonconformity detection
- Communicate professionally and demonstrate strong teamwork
- Adhere to all safety requirements
- Calibrate fixturing, conduct preventive/maintenance, and resolve faults
- Operate with limited supervision, training peers in established processes
- Contribute to corrective actions, process improvements and efficiency gains
- Ensure cross-training across multiple product platforms

Requirements
Experience & Technical Skills:
- Preference for prior experience in electrical circuits testing and troubleshooting
- Two or more years of technician-level experience (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices
Computer & IT Competencies:
- Intermediate familiarity with:
- AE Nexus
- Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Full proficiency across SAP applications
Education:
- HNC (Higher National Certificate) or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Working Conditions:
- Location: Littlehampton
- Environment: On-site manufacturing plant
- Physical Demands: Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing
