Description The Technician is responsible for performing high-quality repairs, maintenance, and inspections on aviation components in compliance with OEM technical publications and Unilode’s operational standards. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and compliance within Unilode’s MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facilities, contributing to smooth station operations and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform High-Quality Repairs and Maintenance Customer Focus, Collaborate Conduct repairs in accordance with OEM technical publications and company MOE. Identify and complete additional maintenance (re-work) requirements as needed. Maintain compliance with company procedures, aviation regulations, and safety standards. Support Operational Efficiency and Compliance Courage, Collaborate Ensure accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities and promptly report discrepancies. Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to operational and safety standards. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency. Achieve Production and Quality Targets Ensure Accountability, Drive Results Follow work orders and technical documentation with a high degree of accuracy. Support quality assurance and inspection processes to maintain Unilode’s repair standards. Work collaboratively to meet production targets while ensuring safety and compliance. General Duties and Station Support Collaborate, Customer Focus Assist in ancillary tasks, including cleaning and maintaining containers or pallets. Perform administrative duties related to repair tracking and documentation. Support special projects or other assigned tasks to ensure smooth station operations.
