Experience Required: 4-5 Manhattan implementation
Job Description:
- Lead business and functional discovery workshops with customer warehouse operations and business stakeholders.
- Analyze current warehouse processes and translate business requirements into Manhattan Active WMS solution capabilities.
- Compare customer requirements against Manhattan Active WMS standard solution templates and industry best practices.
- Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend optimal configurations while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
- Design future-state warehouse processes aligned with Manhattan Active WMS SaaS capabilities and product roadmap.
- Benchmark customer processes against industry standards to identify optimization opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Technical teams to define scalable solution designs.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and solution recommendations.
- Support solution validation, conference room pilots (CRPs), SIT/UAT, and business process testing.
- Advise customers on SaaS adoption, standardization, change management, and implementation best practices.
- Act as a trusted functional advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring business value realization and successful adoption.
