Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will spearhead the deployment of ADP WorkForce Suite solutions for our clients, ensuring quality control of deliverables and supporting practice activities. You will provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on WorkForce Suite products, and represent our brand through internal and external presentations.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of WorkForce Suite solutions, specializing in Time and at least one of the following modules:
    • Job-Based Scheduling
    • Demand-Based Scheduling
    • Absence Tracking (ACT)
  • Collaborate effectively with consultants, integration teams, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate proficiently with clients and internal teams, delivering presentations and conducting client workshops.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical design documents, test plans, and training materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WorkForce Suite configuration and integrations.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer through customer/administrator and end-user training sessions.
  • Mentor junior consultants, providing coaching, training, and quality reviews of their work.
  • Stay updated on the latest WorkForce Suite enhancements and best practices to deliver optimal solutions to clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology, business, finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with WorkForce Suite, including complex global time configuration.
  • Valid PT101 and PT102 certifications or TIMETECH certification required.
  • PT202 or TIME600 certification preferred but not required.
  • Additional WorkForce Software certifications (e.g., scheduling, reporting, integrations, absence) preferred.
  • Expertise in leading Time & Attendance implementations.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Advanced experience in Time & Attendance configuration.
  • Deep understanding of HCM to WorkForce integration needs.
  • Proficient in End of Period Processing and Payroll export.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and business processes.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills to build client relationships.
  • Ability to assess and optimize client systems using best practice recommendations.
  • Collaborative team player, capable of deploying ADP WorkForce Suite features as outlined in the Statement of Work.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Effective time management skills
