You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects, collaborating closely with colleagues, clients, and consultants to help shape and deliver thoughtful, well-resolved design solutions. Our approach balances innovation with responsiveness, ensuring we consistently achieve high-quality outcomes that meet both client aspirations and project requirements. You will play an active role throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to the production of coordinated technical information and supporting the successful delivery of projects on site. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. There is strong potential for professional growth and development within the role, supported by a culture that encourages continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and progression. The successful candidate will be expected to actively engage with Revit, using it to support our BIM processes and wider digital technologies. A proactive approach to developing digital skills and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our technical workflows will be highly valued.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
