We're growing and looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive / Account Manager to join our successful Sales Team based in Leeds.

The Opportunity

This is a role combining new business development and account management, making it ideal for a motivated salesperson who enjoys both winning new customers and growing long-term client relationships.

You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building a healthy pipeline, managing customer relationships, and helping organisations discover technology solutions that genuinely improve their business.

Whether you're generating leads, conducting customer meetings, preparing proposals or managing existing accounts, you'll play a key role in our continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and referrals.
  • Managing and growing an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through calls, meetings and appointments.
  • Understanding customer challenges and recommending appropriate technology solutions.
  • Preparing proposals, quotations and presentations.
  • Negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
  • Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Working closely with our technical and service delivery teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our full technology portfolio.
  • Monitoring market activity and competitor trends to identify new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, account management or customer-facing commercial role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A driven, self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Confidence engaging with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Experience within IT, Telecommunications, Managed Services, Cloud Solutions or Cyber Security.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics.
  • Understanding of B2B sales methodologies and pipeline management.
