Job Description

Help Engineering Teams Work Smarter, Plan Better, and Deliver Faster

Do you enjoy turning complex delivery data into meaningful insights?

Love improving how teams plan, prioritize, and execute work?

Get excited about dashboards, workflows, metrics, tooling, and helping organizations operate more effectively at scale?

We’re looking for a Technology Analyst – PMO to help evolve how Engineering plans, tracks, measures, and delivers work across a fast-moving SaaS engineering organization.

This is not a traditional “status reporting PMO” role.

You’ll operate at the intersection of: Engineering delivery Operational analytics Planning strategy Tool optimization Process improvement Executive reporting

You’ll partner directly with Engineering and Product leaders to improve visibility, streamline workflows, define meaningful metrics, and help create scalable ways of working that support high-performing teams.

If you enjoy combining data, systems thinking, and operational problem solving — this role was built for you.

What You’ll Be Working On

Planning & Delivery Analysis

You’ll help Engineering leaders answer questions like: Are teams realistically aligned to delivery goals? Where are delivery risks emerging? What dependencies could impact execution? How predictable is delivery performance? Where are bottlenecks slowing teams down?

You’ll support quarterly and annual planning processes by: Analyzing demand, capacity, and delivery forecasts Supporting prioritization discussions Identifying portfolio-level risks and dependencies Providing delivery insights that improve decision-making

Delivery Metrics & Operational Intelligence

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
