Brand Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Brand Manager to represent a globally recognised technology brand within our innovative Technology division at Harrods.
Based in our iconic Knightsbridge store, this role presents a unique opportunity to lead an in-store brand experience, driving excellence, commercial performance, and customer engagement at the highest level.
About the Role
As Brand Manager, you will own the in-store execution of the brand, ensuring every touchpoint reflects its innovation, precision, and global standards. You will create engaging, memorable experiences through expert storytelling and a highly personalised approach, bringing the brand’s ecosystem to life for every customer. You’ll also uphold exceptional visual and operational standards, ensuring the space consistently delivers a premium, seamless environment.
In addition to elevating the customer journey, you will lead on performance—developing client relationships, coaching team members, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maximise results. Using data, insights, and commercial awareness, you will identify opportunities for growth, refine strategies, and ensure the category continues to perform at the highest level.

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You
You are customer-focused with experience in luxury or premium environments, known for delivering exceptional service and building meaningful client relationships. Commercially astute and forward-thinking, you bring a genuine passion for technology and the ability to translate this into an engaging, elevated retail experience.
You will also:
- Deliver a personalised, high quality service that builds long-term loyalty.
- Demonstrate strong enthusiasm for consumer technology, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Represent the brand with credibility and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain excellent organisation, supporting smooth operations and clear reporting.
- Use performance insights to drive results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
