We are currently searching for a Business Manager to join a high-performing technology operations team supporting the strategic delivery of a global banking technology function.
Salary: £115,000
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in office
Location: London, Moorgate
This role combines business management, communications, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with senior technology leaders to deliver executive communications, support strategic initiatives, and improve collaboration across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Create presentations and communications for senior leadership and town halls.
- Develop and manage internal technology communications and digital content, including the intranet.
- Support strategic projects, governance activities, and executive reporting.
- Build strong relationships across technology and business teams.
- Translate complex technical information and data into clear, engaging business messages.

About You
- Experience in business management, internal communications, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights clearly.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to simplify complex information and influence senior stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
