As a Technology Business Manager – Vice President

You will partner with Technology, Finance, Strategy, and Front Office stakeholders to deliver comprehensive financial and strategic guidance. You will play a key role in driving transparency, accountability, and optimization across our Technology organization. Your contributions will help us achieve business goals, foster a culture of collaboration, and support the ongoing success of our team.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Technology teams to drive transparency and accountability of financials
  • Hold monthly business review meetings on financial results, risks, issues, and demand management
  • Track and report project roll-off, reinvestment, unfunded demand, infrastructure costs, productivity, vendor costs, forecasting, and business allocations
  • Support workforce and location strategies
  • Use standard financial reporting in all forums with Technology Finance management
  • Collaborate with Business and Technology to deliver on Delivery Roadmaps
  • Communicate key Technology accomplishments and risks/issues to Global Business Heads during quarterly governance reviews
  • Document and explain financial risks, opportunities, allocations, and variances for Technology costs to Front Office businesses
  • Provide inputs to global Business Controls Forums and Committees, highlighting Technology risk/controls projects and production stability issues
  • Analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities for optimization
  • Prioritize needs and investments based on relationship insights, competitive positioning, and industry research

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in Business Management and/or strategy roles, preferably in Financial Services or Technology
  • Ability to synthesize information and formulate impactful stories for Senior Management
  • Strong work ethic and creative, can-do attitude
  • Quick learner with attention to detail
  • Ability to execute multiple projects independently while maintaining communication and escalation
  • Team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Professional maturity, personal integrity, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to receive and act upon feedback
  • Proficiency in MS-Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting business management in a Technology organization
  • Familiarity with financial tracking and reporting tools
  • Experience communicating with Senior Management and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of industry research and competitive positioning
  • Experience with project management and delivery roadmaps
  • Ability to identify and optimize process gaps
  • Experience participating in business controls forums and committees
