Technology Business Partner - Drive Technology Strategy and Business Transformation
We're partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing an exciting technology transformation. As part of this journey, they're looking for an experienced Technology Business Partner to act as the strategic technology lead for a major business division.
This is a highly visible leadership position where you'll work closely with executive stakeholders, shaping technology strategy, influencing investment decisions, and ensuring technology initiatives directly support commercial objectives.

The Role
As Technology Business Partner, you'll become a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating strategic priorities into technology roadmaps that drive innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
You'll work across engineering, architecture, product, and operations teams, ensuring technology investments deliver real value while championing modern engineering practices, AI-enabled transformation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to understand strategic priorities and develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership across technology, architecture, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, engineering, and digital transformation.
- Lead complex technology programmes, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Champion modern delivery methodologies including Agile, DevOps, platform engineering, automation, and AI-enabled software development.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology functions, acting as the key bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Influence technology investment decisions and prioritise initiatives based on business value and strategic impact.
- Drive innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across technology delivery.
- Contribute to wider technology leadership, helping shape organisational strategy and future technology direction.

About You
You'll be an experienced technology leader who combines strong commercial awareness with deep technical knowledge and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
We're looking for experience in:
- Developing and executing enterprise-wide technology strategies aligned to business goals.
- Leading large-scale engineering organisations and complex digital transformation programmes.
- Modern software engineering, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and digital product delivery.
- AI, machine learning, automation, cybersecurity, data platforms, and systems integration.
- Driving delivery excellence through Agile, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and product-led operating models.
- Influencing C-suite and executive stakeholders, translating technical capability into commercial value.
- Building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Delivering measurable business outcomes through technology innovation and operational excellence.
