Job Description
We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive Procurement Manager to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will support sourcing activities across a broad range of spend categories, working closely with Category Managers and stakeholders to deliver value, drive efficiencies, and support business objectives.
You'll play a key role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies, identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating supplier agreements, and improving supplier performance across areas such as Technology, Marketing, and Professional Services. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious procurement professional looking to broaden their category exposure, strengthen their commercial skills, and make a tangible impact across the business.
Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you'll build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers while helping to optimise third-party spend, mitigate risk, and deliver sustainable commercial value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
