Technology Consultant

Location: Belfast - Hybrid
Salary: Up to £55,000 + benefits

The Company

We're partnering with a growing software business that develops technology used by some of the world's largest organisations to automate complex business reporting and compliance processes. Their platform helps global enterprises simplify data collection, workflow automation, and reporting, replacing manual, spreadsheet-driven processes with scalable software solutions.

Following continued growth and increasing customer demand, they're expanding their Client Delivery team with the addition of a number of Technology Consultants.

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems with technology and working directly with clients. Working as part of the implementation team, you'll partner closely with customers to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and configure software solutions that deliver real operational improvements.

You'll work across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver successful implementations while helping shape future product capabilities. This role would suit someone from a software implementation, solutions consulting, business consulting, finance transformation, or enterprise technology background who enjoys working with both customers and technology.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working with customers to understand their business processes and reporting requirements.
  • Gathering and documenting functional requirements.
  • Configuring software solutions and business workflows.
  • Mapping, validating, and transforming customer data.
  • Supporting software implementation projects from discovery through to delivery.
  • Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver new functionality.
  • Running customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and user training sessions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer processes and platform capabilities.
  • Helping customers maximise value from the software throughout implementation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
