Technology Consultant

Senior Analyst in Technology Consulting

As a Senior Analyst in Technology Consulting, you will work as part of the Technology Consulting team within our Insurance Consulting and Technology line of business, delivering consulting services aligned to WTW’s insurance technology products and platforms.

This role is client-facing and suited to someone with a technical, consulting, or client-facing background and is ready to take on greater responsibility in client delivery, contributing independently to project workstreams while continuing to develop technical depth, consulting skills, and insurance domain knowledge.

You will work with a multi-disciplined team and be involved across the full solution lifecycle including pre-sales support, solution design, implementation, integration, and client enablement, working with colleagues across the UK, Ireland, and global teams.

Technology Consulting colleagues operate in a hybrid working model, typically spending 2–3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to balance client, team, and personal needs. Some client travel may be required depending on project demands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
