About This Role
You will develop your technical and AI skills in the most exciting industry-ready material available today.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain expertise as a versatile Technical Consultant:
- Learn Software Development, Testing, Automation, Data, and DevOps.
- Specialize in one area first, then receive continuous training to become a well-rounded and marketable professional.
- Hone your soft skills: professional communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and Agile understanding.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, analysts, and testers to:
- Create, maintain, and modify systems to meet evolving client demands.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software.
- Contribute to code reviews and provide feedback, new ideas, and solutions.
- Clarify project requirements or plan strategies to address challenges.
- Access ongoing support from:
- Internal education platforms
- Online courses
- Accredited certifications
- Continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends.

What We’re Looking For
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge/demonstrated ability in C#, Java, or Python.

Role-Specific Requirements:

Relocation: As a UK-wide organisation with clients across the country, candidates must have a willingness to relocate post-training after deployment to client sites. Remote work cannot be guaranteed.

- EU Settled Status holders
- Permanent Visa holders
