🚀 Technology Consultant

📍 Belfast / Hybrid
💰 £45,000 - 55,000

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing technology consultancy helping ambitious businesses harness digital tools to scale smarter, move faster, and stay ahead - building smart, practical solutions without the enterprise price tag or complexity.

As demand grows for expert implementation support across their sector, our client is expanding their Construction Division and looking for a Technology Consultant to help lead the charge - with real ambition to grow this practice internationally.

This is a genuine opportunity to get in early on a fast-scaling practice, working directly with clients to configure, deploy, and manage a leading SaaS-based Construction Management platform across their businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of the platform for clients across the construction sector
  • Working directly with client stakeholders to understand their business processes and translate them into a well-configured implementation
  • Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle — from initial scoping through to go-live and beyond
  • Troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues, and identifying opportunities to optimize how clients use the platform
  • Helping shape and refine the implementation methodology as the practice grows
  • Contributing to a fast-growing division with real potential to expand internationally

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience configuring SaaS platforms - PSA, CRM, or ERP systems (experience with construction management platforms specifically is a bonus, not a requirement)
  • A consulting background - you're a self-starter who needs little oversight and is comfortable owning client relationships directly
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own workload across multiple client engagements
  • Construction industry experience is a bonus, but not essential - we're just as interested in strong platform/consulting fundamentals
