About the Role
UTA seeks a highly organized and proactive Technology Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Technology organization. This role partners with Technology leadership and cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, manage departmental processes, organize meetings and communications, and ensure operational activities are executed efficiently. The Technology Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, coordinating schedules, and supporting the successful delivery of technology initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, excels at managing multiple priorities, and possesses strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
What You Will Do
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Technology & AI EMEA, including complex calendar management, meeting prioritization, and coordination across multiple time zones
- Manage detailed domestic and international travel arrangements for the Senior Vice President, Technology & AI EMEA, including multi-leg itineraries, accommodations, ground transportation, and expense reconciliation
- Serve as a liaison between the Senior Vice President, Technology & AI EMEA, Technology leadership, internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-through
- Prepare, edit, and organize presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive communications on behalf of the Senior Vice President
- Coordinate leadership meetings, department communications, team events, and special projects for the Technology department, ensuring agendas, logistics, and action items are managed through completion
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives by tracking milestones, gathering project updates, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across Technology and business teams
- Process executive expenses, invoices, purchase requests, and other administrative tasks in accordance with company policies and departmental budgets
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business, personnel, and organizational information
- Anticipate the needs of the Senior Vice President by proactively managing priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts, and streamlining administrative workflows
- Assist with onboarding coordination, team engagement activities, organizational communications, and operational processes that support the Technology & AI EMEA organization
- Perform additional administrative, coordination, and operational responsibilities as assigned in support of the Senior Vice President, Technology & AI EMEA

What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, operations, or Technology Coordinator role supporting cross-functional teams or business leaders
- Experience working within the technology industry or with technology-focused leaders is a plus
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate leadership needs
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Proven discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Interest in and comfort with technology, with the capability to support tech-savvy executives
- Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance
