Technology Delivery Lead Specialist
Role Location: London/Manchester

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with product owners, project managers, business analysts, SMEs and developers to collaboratively design and deliver solutions. Able to articulate solutions to stakeholders with different degrees of technical knowledge. Some experience of leading a team, collaborating with or managing junior resources.
- Demonstrate an ability to problem solve while confidently and effectively manage relationships, communication and delivery upwards across internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate an ability to adapt to new clients or technologies.
- Can demonstrate an understanding and practical experience of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies, understanding the differences between both and would embrace working in the appropriate methodology as needed.
- Experience working in different roles across the software delivery lifecycle with at least 2-3 years’ experience in either a project/programme management, design, development or QA roles working as part of a team across the delivery lifecycle complex technology solutions; preferably on Cloud or SaaS systems.
- Experience working with various software delivery and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel.
- Experience in analysing data to infer conclusions to inform systems design and informed decision making in project delivery.
- The ability to understand business needs and requirements and can translate into actionable design documentation, supporting the communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Experience in developing strong and collaborative relationships with external clients / customers.
Set Yourself Apart:
- Demonstrable experience in functional and non-functional analysis and design or understanding of the importance of good development discipline.
- Experience of working in the health and public sector, if not then an interest to work with public sector clients and to build your knowledge of delivering solutions for the UK Government, Defence, Security Agencies and Public Safety.
- Proven history of working within a complex and diverse delivery environment.
- Understand key software architecture principles, integration design patterns and understanding of designing secure systems.
- Experienced as a subject matter expert in one or more tools and technologies. Able to identify requirements and translate into actionable design documentation.
- Experience working with DevOps tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes).
- It would be advantageous to have multi-cloud experience (including but not limited to AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud).
- Have worked in an agile environment.
