Nuffield Health is entering a pivotal phase of its digital transformation, with a strong focus on delivering reliable, scalable technology solutions that support exceptional patient and member experiences. A key priority within our technology portfolio is the cloud migration of one of our hospital electronic patient record systems (EPRs) which is focused on improving the performance, resilience and operational effectiveness of a critical healthcare technology platform.

This programme will ensure the EPR continues to support high-quality diagnostic services through enhanced stability, improved processes and sustainable technology delivery.

As our Technology Delivery Manager you'll:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the EPR cloud migration programme, focusing on clear, cost-effective outcomes that improve platform stability, operational performance and user experience
  • Coordinate and align multiple internal teams and external suppliers against a shared programme vision and roadmap
  • Manage programme plans, dependencies and risks across technology, operational and supplier workstreams
  • Own delivery governance and communicate progress, risks and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Manage programme budgets, working closely with Finance to track spend and ensure strong cost control
  • Partner with Technology, Clinical and Operational teams to identify and address platform challenges, ensuring sustainable service improvements
  • Work closely with Architecture, Infrastructure and Service Management teams to support long-term platform resilience and supportability
  • Embed effective and pragmatic ways of working across delivery teams
  • Support the Head of Delivery and Lead Delivery Managers in evolving delivery standards and practices across the organisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
