Technology Delivery Manager

Change & Feature Roles Specialist – Metis Product (Oracle Fusion ERP)

Digital Corporate Enablement Office

The Change & Feature Roles Specialist supports Metis Product, a project leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to deliver seamless financials, procurement, project management, and human capital solutions.

Based within the Change and Feature team, this role ensures projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and successfully across the Metis Product—spanning key Oracle Fusion modules including:

  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Procurement

Flexible work arrangements may be available; where applicable, employees are expected to spend a minimum of 60% time in the office. Learn more about Home Office Digital here.


Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Assurance

  • Support boyself-delivery of technology outcomes across multiple teams, securing realistic plans for quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with teams to continuously monitor and optimise processes and performance.
  • Foster motivated, high-performing teams, cultivating collaboration and providing constructive guidance.
  • Analyse team health and address issues proactively.
  • Ensure teams engage effectively with governance, tracking completion of mandated actions post-decision.

Risk & Stakeholder Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, involving specialists when appropriate.
  • Define stakeholder groups and engagement strategies, clarifying needs and facilitating communication.
  • Act as the primary supplier liaison, monitoring performance and resolving delivery challenges.

  • Proven experience in facilitating complex technology projects across their lifecycle.
  • Strength in building and leading collaborative teams, troubleshooting team dynamics.
  • Governance proficiency—skill in navigating external processes and managing outcomes.
  • Expertise in risk, issue, and dependency prioritisation; clear communication of technical and commercial impacts.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning expectations.

Supplier & Process Management

  • Experience monitoring supplier performance and acting as a first point of contact.
  • Track record of streamlining team processes and driving continuous improvement.
