Technology Delivery Manager
Change and Feature Team Leader – Oracle Fusion Metis Product (Digital Corporate Enablement Office)
This role sits within the Digital Corporate Enablement Office and is dedicated to the Metis Product, which leverages Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to deliver integrated financials, procurement, project management, and human capital management capabilities.
The position involves working across multiple functional modules within Oracle Fusion, including:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Procurement to support enterprise-wide digital transformation and operational efficiency. This role sits within the Change and Feature team, providing structure, governance, and support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and successfully across the Product.
Hybrid working eligibility: Where applicable, roles may include a combination of office and home-based working. Where this applies, employees must meet a minimum 60% on-site office presence requirement.

What You Will Do
As the Change and Feature Team Leader, you will:
- Assure delivery of technology outcomes across multiple teams by validating that plans are realistic—meeting quality, cost, and time constraints
- Monitor and improve processes by collaborating with the team to enhance workflows and performance
- Build and empower teams by fostering collaboration, providing direction, and delivering constructive feedback
- Monitor team health and resolve issues proactively
- Support governance engagement by helping teams understand governance processes and tracking action completion post-decision
- Mitigate risks by identifying threats, assessing their impact and probability, and implementing solutions (consulting specialists as needed)
- Engage stakeholders by defining stakeholder groups, developing engagement plans, and ensuring alignment of needs
- Act as a supplier liaison, monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues

What You Will Bring
You should have experience in:
- Leading the delivery of complex technology products/services throughout their lifecycle
- Assembling motivated, collaborative teams, identifying dynamic issues, and fostering positive work cultures
- Engaging effectively with governance mechanisms
- Prioritising and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicating seamlessly between technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning expectations with clarity
- Evaluating and monitoring supplier performance, serving as a point of contact
- Implementing and refining business processes

This role requires Secrecy Clearance (SC). Applicants typically need:
- A minimum of 3 years’ UK residency (for National Security Vetting).
