Technology Delivery Manager
Senior Project Support Manager, Metis Product & Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
About the Role
This Senior Project Support Manager role sits within the Digital Corporate Enablement Office and is dedicated to the Metis Product, which leverages Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The platform delivers integrated solutions for:
- Financials
- Procurement
- Project management
- Human capital management
The position spans critical Oracle Fusion modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement, with a focus on:
- Enterprise-wide digital transformation
- Operational efficiency
- Project delivery excellence
The role encompasses the Change and Feature team, providing governance, structure, and support to ensure consistent, efficient, and successful project execution.
Working arrangements: Where possible, a mix of office-based and home-based working may be offered, with a minimum 60% time in the office requirement.

- Ensure technology delivery plans are realistic, quality-driven, cost-efficient, and timely.
- Collaborate to continuously improve processes and team performance.
