Technology Delivery Manager

Oracle Fusion Metis Product Change & Feature Lead

The Digital Corporate Enablement Office is looking for a Change & Feature Lead to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency for the Metis Product, leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

About the Role

This role supports Oracle Fusion across key financial and operational modules:

  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Procurement

Based in the Change and Feature team, you’ll provide governance, structure, and support to ensure successful project delivery.

A hybrid working model is available (minimum 60% office-based) across Home Office Digital. Explore the role in this video – featuring team experiences and projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Technology Outcomes across teams, ensuring plans adhere to quality, cost, and time constraints
  • Monitor & Optimise Processes—work collaboratively to continuously improve performance
  • Build High-Performing Teams: foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and provide growth-focused direction
  • Governance Advocacy:
    • Ensure teams understand governance requirements
    • Monitor actions post-governance decisions
  • Risk & Mitigation: identify risks, assess impact/probability, and mitigate via specialists
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Map stakeholder needs, develop engagement plans, and support implementation
    • Act as a key liaison between technical/non-technical teams
  • Supplier Liaison:
    • Monitor supplier performance
    • Resolve conflicts and maintenance of Supplier KPIs

  • Lifecycle Delivery Expertise: successfully facilitated large-scale, complex technology solutions
  • Team Empowerment: coached teams on collaboration, leadership, and addressing dynamic challenges
  • Governance Proficiency: navigate and partner effectively with governance bodies
  • Risk Management: identify, prioritise, and remediate risks/dependencies proactively
  • Stakeholder Coordination: bridge gaps between technical (e.g., Metis ERP) and non-technical stakeholders
  • Supplier Accountability: prioritise supplier performance while acting as a reliable contact
