Technology Enabled Care Coordinator
Location: Parade Enterprise Centre, 14 The Parade, Blacon, CH1 5HN or Eden Point, Three Acres Lane, Cheadle, Cheshire, SK8 6RL
Salary: £28,247.52 Rising to £29,734.20 after 12 months once proficient per year
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Your role
- Coordinate project activities to support smooth delivery, effective planning, resource allocation, risk and issue management, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the introduction of new digital technologies, helping to ensure a seamless rollout and a positive experience for customers and colleagues
- Work closely with internal teams, technology partners and suppliers to integrate solutions that enhance service delivery
- Support care projects with external customers, including large-scale analogue to digital onboarding programmes
- Monitor project compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements, making recommendations to help ensure projects stay on track and fully compliant
Your skills
- Communicate clearly and confidently in written and spoken English
- Build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Use Microsoft 365 confidently at an intermediate level
- Share updates and information clearly to support effective planning and service delivery
- Contribute to projects and programmes that support the Group’s values and objectives
