Technology Lead
Business Analyst (Data Migration & Systems Replacement) – Requirement
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in business analysis within data migration, systems replacement
- Good understanding of:
- Data modelling
- Data quality assessment
- Data governance principles
- Excellent:
- Communication skills
- Facilitation skills
- Stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Exposure to Market-Wide Half Hourly (MHHS)

Discovery & Requirements Capture
- Gather information about:
- Existing data structures
- Data sources
- Business processes
- System dependencies
- Analyse the legacy application’s:
- Data model
- Data volumes
- Data quality
- Usage patterns

Data Quality & Improvement
- Support identification of:
- Data cleansing needs
- Archiving requirements
- Quality-improvement needs
Documentation & Stakeholder Engagement

Produce clear documentation, including:
- Discovery findings
- Requirements specifications
- Data dictionaries
- Process maps
- Gap analyses

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a:
- Structured and accessible manner
Communications & Collaboration
- Act as the communication bridge between:
- Business stakeholders
- Technical teams
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
