About Us

Intelance is an enterprise architecture and technology advisory firm. We work with organisations that grow through acquisition and need experienced people to run the technology side of bringing new businesses in. We are adding proven M&A technology delivery people to our associate panel for current and upcoming work.

Tasks

  • Run the technology and data side of live acquisitions, from planning through to completion. The work usually includes:

    • Getting acquired businesses ready for day one and for steady running afterwards.
    • Bringing systems and data together and deciding what to keep, replace or retire.
    • Planning and running data migration and testing before go live.
    • Keeping the plan, risks, actions and dependencies current and under control.
    • Managing suppliers and internal teams so the work stays on track.
    • Giving clear progress updates to the integration lead and senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
