Technology M&A Integration Lead
Robert Half | London | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Robert Half is supporting a global FTSE-listed organisation in the search for an experienced Technology M&A Integration Lead to support a growing portfolio of acquisitions, integrations, and divestments. This is a highly visible role sitting between Technology, Corporate Development, and Business leadership teams, responsible for driving mobilisation, integration planning, and delivery oversight across complex M&A programmes.
Assignment Details:
- Initial 6-12 month contract
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: London (3 days onsite)
- Rate: £per day DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technology integration and separation workstreams across acquisitions and divestments
- Own mobilisation activities including target-state planning, integration roadmaps, and delivery estimates
- Coordinate Enterprise Architecture, Technology SMEs, Platform Owners, and delivery teams to define integration approaches and landing architectures
- Drive integration governance, executive reporting, RAID management, and decision making
- Manage technology costs, budgets, synergies, and investment tracking across deal programmes
- Oversee delivery across applications, infrastructure, security, cloud, and data workstreams
- Manage technology risks, dependencies, and escalations throughout the integration lifecycle
- Act as the primary technology contact for Business Integration Leads and senior stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience leading Technology M&A integrations, separations, or divestitures
- Extensive programme and project management experience within complex enterprise environments
- Strong experience delivering Post-Merger Integration (PMI) programmes
- Experience managing TSA creation, TSA delivery, and TSA exit activities
- Knowledge of Day 1 readiness, Day 100 planning, and integration execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills across CIO, CTO, Technology Directors, and Business Leaders
- Experience managing multi-vendor and multi-workstream delivery teams
- Strong financial management experience including budget ownership, cost modelling, and synergy tracking
- Ability to operate within large matrix and global organisations

Desirable:
- Technology Due Diligence experience
- Experience working within Corporate Development or M&A functions
- Consulting background (Big 4, Accenture, IBM, Protiviti, or similar)
- Enterprise Architecture or Technology Strategy exposure
- Experience across acquisitions, mergers, carve-outs, and separations
