Synapri are working with a well-recognised global brand looking to hire a Technology Pipeline Manager position on a permanent basis.

The successful person hired will be joining a newly created team responsible for technology projects delivery. This particular role will lead project conception stages within the team.

The position will be working with stakeholders across the business to help shape projects specifically at project exploration stage delivering new ideas and foresight covering with three key stages – explore, shape and commitment. You will be responsible for scoping and defining projects, working with vendors and global partners to understand the best delivery approach, working closely with commercial teams to work on the documentation and budget approval. This is a pivotal role within the team working at initiation stage before passing onto delivery teams. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a global brand working within an exciting technology environment working alongside large global tech partners.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys getting involved in early stages of definition and scoping, understanding the basics of an idea and being able to define and build as you will need to be delivery aware to ensure you are setting up projects for success!

Salary: £75,000 plus bonus and benefits
Location: Hybrid across London and SE London

Experience required:

  • Self-starter with a background in managing complex third party suppliers and vendors
  • A confident team player with the ability to manage a team made up of both internal and external resources
  • Background in managing concurrent technology projects at a variety of complexity
  • Experience in managing workshops, supporting business case development and comfortable owning project pipelines
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable liaising at all levels
  • You will be a people person who enjoys interacting with a varied stakeholder group
