Work within our Presales team
Drive sales by delivering customer demonstrations, presentations, and enterprise business solution designs and help to shape the future of our products and solutions.
What you'll be doing…
- Support the Sales team by providing high-quality technical architectural knowledge, guidance and support including internal and external architecture designs/artefacts to drive solution and value-selling
- Champion and drive AI adoption with customers, positioning TechnologyOne's embedded and platform AI
- Provide responses to Platform and Technical questions for Tenders and SaaS questionnaires etc.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders (CIO, CFO, COO) through strategic value-discovery workshops and presentations.
- Deliver demonstrations and provide expertise through workshops and meetings with customers and prospects when required
- Develop and maintain understanding of the technical components used to deliver the TechnologyOne solutions and how it interacts with the technical landscape for SaaS prospects.
- Liaise with Products and SaaS teams to maintain and update technical and architecture knowledge as it relates to TechnologyOne, for example Business Processes, Web Services integration, Access and Security Management
- Ensure enterprise architecture principles, standards, and strategies are reviewed and improved to drive business value
- Ensure systems, processes and costs are continually managed and reviewed to identify ways to reduce costs and improve our efficiencies

Your Talents
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture design concepts and trends
- Knowledge of integration architecture, SaaS architecture, authentication methods, Artificial Intelligence (AI) architectures etc.
- Executive-level communication, influence and stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster cross team collaboration
- High level skills in the use of Microsoft 365 productivity tools
- Ability to engage and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders
- Ability to time-manage and meet set deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage priorities
Recent Relevant Experience (in the past 3+ years)
- Specific experience in a Presales role or similar
- Practiced positioning of the value of SaaS ERP solutions and capabilities (versus best-of-breed options)
- Applied skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies (related to the scope of this role and key activities)
- Understanding and experience of the systems, data and process landscape of Education industry sector organisations (highly desirable)
