About the Role
Are you ready to revolutionise the world of technology architecture? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Technology Presales Architect.
Work within our Presales team to drive sales through customer demonstrations, presentations, enterprise business solution designs, and help shape the future of our products.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Support the Sales team by providing high-quality technical architectural knowledge, guidance, and support, including developing internal and external architecture designs to drive solution and value-selling
- Champion AI adoption with customers, ensuring TechnologyOne’s embedded and platform Artificial Intelligence solutions are positioned effectively
- Provide technical responses for Platform and Tender questionnaires, e.g. SaaS proposals
- Engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CFO, COO) through strategic value-discovery workshops and presentations
- Deliver product demonstrations and provide technical expertise during workshops and meetings with customers and prospects as needed
- Develop and maintain understanding of the technical components required to deliver TechnologyOne solutions, how they integrate within the SaaS landscape for prospects
- Liaise with Product and SaaS teams to update technical and architectural knowledge (e.g. business processes, web services integration, access and security management)
- Review and improve enterprise architecture principles to drive business value
- Continuously monitor and optimise systems, processes, and costs to achieve efficiencies and cost reductions

Requirements
Talents
You will bring:
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise architecture design concepts and industry trends
- Expertise in integration architecture, SaaS architecture, authentication methods, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) frameworks
- Executive-level communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and strong strategic thinking
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams and drive collaborative problem-solving
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 platforms for productivity
- Skilled in managing and coordinating stakeholders internally and externally
- Proven time-management skills, capable of meeting deadlines while handling multiple priorities
- Independent, self-motivated approach to multi-project management
- Ability to meet high standards of accuracy while balancing multiple projects
Recent Experience
With at least 3 years’ experience in:
- A technical presales role or similar
- Positioning SaaS ERP solutions (justifying vs best-of-breed offerings)
- Applied understanding of AI technologies relevant to this role
- Experience with Education industry sector systems, data, and process landscapes (preferred)
