CRM / ERM System Integration Technology Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in London 3 days a week
Contract: Rolling 6 month contract (FTC only)
Salary: £75,000-£90,000

Role Purpose

Coordinate and deliver CRM and ERM workstreams within a wider merger integration programme, ensuring Day 1 readiness and phased post Day 1 integration. The role is accountable for the successful integration, migration, and stabilisation of client, relationship, experience, and engagement data across CRM and ERM platforms and dependent systems, while maintaining data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the CRM and ERM delivery plan for the integration programme, aligned to business development and commercial priorities, with clear Day 1 and post Day 1 scope and dependencies.
  • Lead end to end project management of CRM and ERM integration activities, including configuration alignment, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and stabilisation of business critical systems.
  • Capture and validate functional and technical requirements for CRM, ERM, and dependent systems, working closely with system owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate data migration activities covering client, contact, relationship, activity, and experience data, including mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and issue management.
  • Ensure reliable and secure data flows between CRM and ERM platforms and downstream systems, including oversight of vendor managed integrations and interim processes required for Day 1.
  • Work closely with Data Privacy, Information Security, Risk, and Records teams to ensure appropriate handling of client and relationship data.
  • Understand and manage impacts to business development activity such as pitching, client targeting, campaigns, relationship intelligence, and experience reporting across Day 1 and the wider integration roadmap.
  • Maintain delivery governance artefacts including plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and status reporting, escalating risks and issues as required.
  • Support Day 1 readiness, testing, operational handover, and post go live stabilisation, ensuring issues are prioritised and resolved in line with business expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
