CRM / ERM System Integration Technology Project Manager
Location: Hybrid in London 3 days a week
Contract: Rolling 6 month contract (FTC only)
Salary: £75,000-£90,000
Role Purpose
Coordinate and deliver CRM and ERM workstreams within a wider merger integration programme, ensuring Day 1 readiness and phased post Day 1 integration. The role is accountable for the successful integration, migration, and stabilisation of client, relationship, experience, and engagement data across CRM and ERM platforms and dependent systems, while maintaining data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the CRM and ERM delivery plan for the integration programme, aligned to business development and commercial priorities, with clear Day 1 and post Day 1 scope and dependencies.
- Lead end to end project management of CRM and ERM integration activities, including configuration alignment, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover, and stabilisation of business critical systems.
- Capture and validate functional and technical requirements for CRM, ERM, and dependent systems, working closely with system owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate data migration activities covering client, contact, relationship, activity, and experience data, including mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and issue management.
- Ensure reliable and secure data flows between CRM and ERM platforms and downstream systems, including oversight of vendor managed integrations and interim processes required for Day 1.
- Work closely with Data Privacy, Information Security, Risk, and Records teams to ensure appropriate handling of client and relationship data.
- Understand and manage impacts to business development activity such as pitching, client targeting, campaigns, relationship intelligence, and experience reporting across Day 1 and the wider integration roadmap.
- Maintain delivery governance artefacts including plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and status reporting, escalating risks and issues as required.
- Support Day 1 readiness, testing, operational handover, and post go live stabilisation, ensuring issues are prioritised and resolved in line with business expectations.

- Proven IT Project Manager experience delivering CRM and or ERM platforms in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrable experience working with enterprise CRM and experience management solutions, including relationship intelligence and pitch content tooling.
- Strong understanding of CRM and ERM data domains, including clients, contacts, relationships, activities, engagement insights, and experience records.
- Experience managing data migration, cutover planning, and Day 1 delivery for business critical systems.
- Experience partnering with business development or commercial teams and translating business requirements into effective system delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across IT, commercial functions, Risk, Data Privacy, and third party vendors.
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors and internal delivery teams across parallel workstreams.
- Experience delivering within merger or acquisition integration programmes desirable but not required.
- Experience within professional services, financial services, or similarly regulated environments desirable but not required.
- Good awareness of data privacy, confidentiality, and information governance requirements in relation to client and relationship data.
- Strong delivery discipline with experience producing and maintaining plans, RAID logs, and senior level reporting.
