We’re looking for an experienced technology practitioner to lead the technology readiness activities within our flagship Customer Transformation Programme.
The programme will transform our customer experience and replace legacy billing and debt platforms over the next 2 to 3 years. Initially in this role you’ll lead the build planning and readiness workstream ensuring we are fully prepared for delivery across technology, data, people, and process. Throughout its lifecycle, you’ll then act as the senior technology lead within the programme—driving strategy and delivery, managing stakeholders, and ensuring a successful transition into and throughout the mobilisation and build phases in 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology readiness planning, governance, and delivery
- Own key outputs including customer segmentation and migration strategy, data cleansing, testing, and environment readiness
- Manage internal and external teams within a complex programme environment
- Oversee budgets, supplier relationships, and delivery quality
- Ensure risks, compliance, and data governance are effectively managed
About You
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology or transformation programmes
- Strong background in data migration, governance, and system integration
- Experience in utilities, financial services, telecoms, or public sector
- A confident leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
