The role As a Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will face a new challenge every day. Some tasks and duties will include: Building a strong network of candidates in the digital space. We work across the UK, Europe and Ireland so exposure to different markets! Work alongside an experienced IT Recruiter that has commercial knowledge in the industry to learn the ropes of recruitment. They will play a pivotal role in your personal development and shaping your early days in recruitment. Providing a high-quality service to client through extensive research and headhunting. Keeping up to date with market trends, your knowledge will reflect in your work. Natural Curiosity to figure out how recruitment works and to be better at your job. Providing an understanding of career opportunities in the markets we serve. Leading negotiations on offer negotiation. Attracting talented candidates through various means of communication. Headhunting, adverts, LinkedIn, Networking events (the list goes on …) Proactivity approaching high performing candidates on the market that will likely be happy in their role, and selling them on the wider opportunity with our clients.
