Technology Recruitment Manager (Perm RPO)
£50,000–£60,000 | OTE £95,000+ Hybrid
(commutable to South West or London offices)
We’re looking for a Technology Recruitment Manager with proven experience running large accounts, ideally delivering both RPO and retained recruitment models.
You’ll lead a team of nine delivery consultants across multiple in‑house accounts, so you must be comfortable managing several heads in a busy, fast‑paced recruitment environment. The team operates across split tech verticals, and you’ll need a solid background as either a delivery consultant or a 360 recruiter within any technology discipline.

Strong sourcing capability, high‑level client account management, and confident process/reporting skills are essential.
This role sits within a key management layer of the business. You’ll be responsible for driving 2–5 year revenue goals while developing your team in line with clear promotion pathways.

- Experience delivering via RPO or retained models
