Technology Risk & Controls Manager
Location: CyberSecurity & Technology Controls team, JPMorgan Chase UK Role Purpose: You are the heart of our CyberSecurity & Technology Controls venture, focused on delivering world-changing products that solve real customer problems—while fostering skills, collaboration, and potential.

Opis Role
As a Technology Risk & Controls Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you drive data-driven, commercially-savvy initiatives with a curious, solution-oriented mindset. The role aligns with agile squads/tribes, allowing flexibility to rotate across projects/products based on strengths and interests.

Justy primary numerically responsibilities
1. Risk & Control Manager (Business-Wide)
Manage a subset of technology controls, focused on:
- Enterprise Vulnerability Management
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Technology Operations
- Incident & Event Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the technology risk control environment for the Business Line
- Assess control effectiveness against regulatory/policy requirements
- Coordinate regulatory, audit, client requests (Level 2/LODs)
- Analyse & report compliance across CyberSec, Tech Controls, Firmwide & Regulatory Frameworks

2. Risk & Control Lead (Product/Application Portfolio)
Oversee technical control environments with operational risk oversight functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk advisory for leadership/stakeholders
- Maintain industry-leading stakeholder relations for control environment effectiveness
- Ensure inclusive Business Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) are prioritised & captured accurately
Osequential Edkuropaiaj and Skills
Requirements not exhaustive—drive with expertise plus passion for security innovation
- 5+ years in technology/risk management, info security, or allied fields (emphasis on mitigation, risk assessment, and professional/technical communication)
- PhD-porter in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) within a tech-heavy context
- Comprehensive understanding of financial services regulation (UK/EU/Global financial reforms)
- Self-motivated, curious problem-solver with multi-tasking & high-stakes execution discipline
- Technical proficiency in Cloud computing (Google Cloud Platform – GCP preferred)
- CISSP certification or equivalent professional standing in cybersecurity
