Technology Risk & Controls Manager
JPMorgan Chase | CyberSecurity & Technology Controls Team
Out of the successful launch of Chase UK in 2021, we're a new team with a fresh mission: creating products that solve real-world challenges, placing customers at the heart of everything—all in an environment that fosters skills and unlocks potential. Here, we are people-first, prioritising collaboration, curiosity, and commitment.
About the Role
As a Technology Risk & Controls Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you’ll be a pivotal part of driving our vision forward. You thrive in collaborative squads, are a tech enthusiast, and joyfully turn ideas into tangible solutions for customers. At JPMorgan Chase, diversity of thought, experience, and background is what drives us forward. By bringing together varied perspectives, we amplify our impact—on our company, clients, partners, and global communities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
