Embrace Excellence
The HRIS Analyst will support the global HR team in the day-to-day administration of Edrington’s HR system, SuccessFactors. Working under the guidance of the HRIS Manager and senior team members, this role will support the delivery and ongoing maintenance of HR technology solutions.
- Support routine reporting and analytics requests using established tools, templates, and guidance.
- Provide first-line support for incidents raised by the business in relation to SuccessFactors.
- Respond to user queries, offer guidance, resolve basic technical issues, and escalate more complex issues where appropriate.
- Support change activities by participating in testing, documentation, and implementation of system updates and enhancements.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Make an Impact
- Provide day-to-day support to the global HR community, assisting with system queries, basic issue resolution, and user guidance.
- Support the monitoring of system performance, escalating issues where required to senior team members or third-party providers.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and contribute to problem-solving activities under guidance.
- Log and track system issues with software suppliers and internal IT teams, following established processes.
- Perform basic report creation and support HR reporting requirements using standard tools and templates.
- Support data quality activities, including running checks and highlighting inconsistencies.
- Participate in functional and user acceptance testing for system changes and enhancements.
- Support testing of system upgrades and new functionality releases.
- Support end-user training activity by preparing materials, maintaining guidance documents, and assisting during training sessions.
Your Talent and Skills
Education
HND / Degree (or equivalent) in IT, Business Systems, HR Systems, HR, or a related subject.
Experience
- Experience in HR systems, IT support, or a similar environment.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems is advantageous but not essential.

Skills
- Basic understanding of HR systems and processes (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
- Familiarity with IT support or service management processes (e.g., ticketing tools).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks with guidance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (basic formulas, data handling).
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
- Team-oriented, with a proactive and willing-to-learn attitude.
