Core Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support and guidance across cloud and managed service platforms
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them efficiently resolve technical challenges
- Troubleshoot escalated issues with precision, identifying root causes through structured analysis
- Drive process improvement by uncovering industry trends, recommending solutions, and elevating partner outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to disseminate knowledge, refine processes, and enhance service delivery
- Champion technology adoption, especially AI-driven capabilities, to streamline partner success

- Proven cloud experience: Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting modern cloud technologies and managed services
- Diagnostic problem-solver: Strong ability to analyse complex issues, resolve them systematically, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset: Passion for guiding others and fostering teamwork in customer-focused environments

💰 Compensation & Benefits
Salaraie:
£36,000 to £45,000 per annum

📍 Bristol Office & Hybrid Flexibility
