Technology Trainer

Location: London

We’re working with a leading international law firm to find a Technology Trainer to join their collaborative global team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, people and learning, and wants to play a visible role in driving technology adoption and user engagement across the business.

The Role

This is a broad and impactful position where you'll take ownership of technology training across multiple international offices, including London, Paris, and Hong Kong. You'll work closely with lawyers and business services teams to help them adopt and use technology more effectively in their day-to-day roles.

It's not just about delivering training. You'll be involved in shaping the firm's training approach, partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements, and creating engaging, practical learning solutions that support users and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging technology training sessions, both in-person and virtually, including group workshops and one-to-one support
  • Design and develop training materials and e-learning content, including user guides, videos, and quick-reference resources
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions
  • Support the rollout of new systems and technologies, ensuring smooth adoption across the business
  • Analyse trends from support queries and user feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness
  • Contribute to global training initiatives and collaborate with international colleagues
  • Manage and track training activity through the firm's Learning Management System (LMS)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
