Technology Training and Adoption Specialist

Role Title: Microsoft 365 Adoption & Training Specialist

About Arbuthnot Latham

Arbuthnot Latham combines private and commercial banking, wealth planning, and investment management underpinned by traditional relationship-driven banking powered by modern technology.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Drive user adoption of Microsoft 365 (Office apps, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot)
  • Deliver targeted training and change management activities
  • Embed governance, security, and compliance-aware behaviours into daily working practices

Core Responsibilities

Adoption & Engagement

  • Track adoption metrics (usage, feature uptake, champion activities, training completion) via dashboards and share regular updates with programme leads.
  • Design and deliver customised training—including awareness sessions, workshops, webinars, and self-paced modules—tailored to roles/personas.
  • Maintain a comprehensive training resource library aligned with business functions.
  • Conduct readiness assessments, user segmentation, and persona mapping, prioritising use cases tied to business outcomes (e.g., productivity, collaboration, Copilot readiness).

Campaign Management

  • Lead a structured adoption campaign, from pilot phase to phased rollout, extending into a 12-month post-launch adoption cycle.
  • Coordinate refreshers, champion engagement, hypercare support, and virtual/physical “office hours”.
  • Build and sustain a champion/super-user network to unsilo adoption efforts and reduce dependency on external partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
