Telecoach – Mental Health Nurse / Occupational Therapist / Social Worker
Our First Response service offers 24/7 support to people of all ages living in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale, or Craven, ensuring access to high-quality mental health care for individuals facing a mental health crisis, in line with Core 24 Guidance.
Accessed via a single phone number, individuals can contact trained staff with psychological/mental health expertise, who assess needs and intervene—or signpost as required—to connect them with suitable support promptly.
Closing Date: 12th July 2026
Telecoaches specialise in brief clinical risk and UK mental health triage, formulating interventions, and delivering short psychological support for individuals in mental health crises.
Operating solely via telephone, Telecoaches excel in:
- Validating distress
- De-escalating crises
- Teaching distress tolerance and emotional regulation strategies
