Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled BSS Solution Architect to lead the E2E design and implementation of a scalable, high-performance solution for B2B Products and B2B Customer processes. The candidate should have expertise in BSS Domains with a deep understanding of telco BSS systems including Channels, CRM, product catalog, CPQ, Order Management, Fulfilment, and Billing with knowledge of how these capabilities support business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Able to produce E2E Solution Architecture document or HLD for B2B Telecom business processes.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to component designers and development teams, ensuring best practices as per Telecom Standards.
- BSS Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of telco BSS systems including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC), Order Management (OM), Online Charging Systems (OCS/CCS), and Billing/Invoicing along with knowledge of how these capabilities support business operations.
- Journey Mapping: Design robust, failure-tolerant customer journeys covering Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Activation, and Quote-to-Cash cycles.
- Integration & Scalability: Design highly scalable, REST API-based, event-driven architectures.
- Integration Modelling: Author critical E2E architectural artifacts, including interface design documents (IDDs), cross-domain data flow mappings, sequence diagrams, and transaction models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, domain designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and telecom-specific regulations.

Minimum Qualification
- 12+ years of experience in E2E Solution Architecture, Component Design.
- Strong understanding of Telecom Process and B2B Product line.
- Strong background working with major enterprise platforms (Salesforce-Vlocity, ServiceNow, Pega, PlanView, apigee) and telco-specific BSS COTS products.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, API Gateways, and event streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka).
- Good understanding of B2B Products such as Wholesale SD-WAN & MPLS, Ethernet Private Line (EPL / EVPL), IPVPN, IP Transit, Dark Fiber.
- Advanced mastery of TM Forum Open APIs, Frameworkx (eTOM process patterns, SID data models).
- Good understanding of Cloud & Infrastructure: Cloud-native application patterns, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or private clouds).
- Knowledge of identity management, SSO, and privacy-preserving.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have
- Telecom Industry Experience: Understanding of 5G networks, telco data monetization, subscriber analytics, and carrier billing.
- Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in software development or systems engineering, demonstrating technical credibility through active contribution to architecture implementations, POCs, and technical spikes.
- Background in telco operations and BSS domains with a deep understanding of the technical and organizational challenges in transforming mission-critical systems that directly impact revenue.
- Strong background working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments and frameworks like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
