Telehandler 14m Operative – Ongoing Role
About the Role
Zeal Recruitment are recruiting for a Telehandler to work on a new build construction project (ongoing basis) in Bromsgrove.
The successful candidate will operate a 14-meter FLT in a fast-paced environment, safely manoeuvring materials and objects across the site while collaborating with tradespeople. Key responsibilities will include:
- Daily safe operation of the Telehandler and related equipment
- Strong adherence to health and safety (H&S) policies, always maintaining awareness of surroundings
- Consistent communication with the site team (ability to be contactable by phone essential)
- Minimum no near-miss record
Responsibilities
- Operate Telehandler (14m FLT) for lifting/moving materials as required
- Ensure strict compliance with site-specific H&S protocols at all times
- Interact professionally with trades and colleagues
- Maintain site tidiness and equipment care

Requirements
Key Skills
- Proficiency in operating a Telehandler (FLT)
- Strong safety awareness with zero tolerance for near-misses
- Ability to work方法跳* significantly—self-motivation, team mindset and excellent customer/colleague rapport
- Telehandler available ASAP start
Certifications
Must hold:
- CPCS/NPORS “Tel” (A17) in-line ticket
- CSCS card (equivalent to A17 Trust Card)
- Safe Pass may be required
