Telescopic Forklift Driver Required
Location: Thatcham
Role: Thorn Baker Construction are seeking a skilled Telescopic Forklift Driver to join their refurbishment project.
This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a respected construction company on an exciting upcoming project.
About the Role
As a Telescopic Forklift Driver, you will split your time between operating the forkift (approximately 50% of the role) and assisting labouring duties on-site (50%). You’ll also support the site team to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operating a telescopic forklift on refurbishment sites
- Labouring and assisting tradespeople to support site productivity
- Ensuring safe and efficient work processes with the on-site team
Requirements
- Valid NPORS or CPCS Telescopic Forklift ticket
- Two relevant references
- Strong work ethic with a positive, proactive attitude
